Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit it. Similar technologies such as localStorage, sessionStorage and pixel tags are treated the same way under this policy. They can be set by the site itself (first-party) or by third-party services embedded in the page (third-party).

Before you make a choice in the cookie banner — and if you choose to reject all optional cookies — ortopedia3d.net stores only the strictly necessary technical preference listed below. No profiling, marketing or third-party cookies are written to your device.

This site uses Google's Consent Mode v2: the Google Analytics script is present on every page but, until you opt in, every storage signal (analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) is set to denied. In this state Google does not set its _ga cookies and receives only anonymous, aggregated “cookieless pings” used for traffic modelling, in line with the Italian Data Protection Authority guidelines.

If you enable the Analytics category in the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Ltd. for EU users) to measure anonymous, aggregated traffic statistics. We do not use it to build profiles of individual users.

Google Analytics may transfer data to Google LLC servers in the United States; such transfer is governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, by Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission (Art. 46 GDPR).

The Marketing category in the banner is reserved for future audience and campaign measurement services (e.g. LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel). No marketing cookies are active today; enabling the category has no effect until such a service is added and disclosed in this policy.

Necessary cookies cannot be switched off because they are required for the site to function (page rendering, secure form submission, basic security). Under Italian and EU law these do not require your consent.

You can review or change your choice at any time:

You can also block or delete cookies directly in your browser. The major browsers provide instructions at the links below — note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may degrade core functionality.

To opt out of Google Analytics specifically, you can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact ARCHIMED S.R.L.S. at info@archimed3d.it or by certified email at archimed3d@pec.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).

We may update this Cookie Policy when we add new services or when laws change. The current version is always available at this URL. The date at the top of the page indicates the latest revision.
